Excellent product and customer service July 25, 2010

ASIN:B003IDYVXS 1GB RAM Memory Upgrade for the eMachines T3265, T3882, T3096, T3624 and T3958 Desktops (DDR-333, PC2700). Memory manufactured by Dynamic Memory and distributed by 1 Arch Computer.
I received the memory very quickly (three business days). When I first received the memory, it wouldn't work. I tried reinstalling several times, installing in other socket, etc. It wouldn't work. (Either computer would error during boot and not boot, or it would do nothing at all, depending on which socket I had it in.) I called customer service for 1 Arch Computer (the distributor). The lady that helped me was very courteous and professional. After discussing and trying different things, she concluded that I possibly had either a defective memory or the wrong memory. She offered to send new memory, and described how I return the one I received at no cost to me. Absolutely terrific customer service! Several days later I received the new memory, plugged it in, and it worked perfectly! The computer runs MUCH better now.
Great customer service and product. I highly recommend all the companies involved (Dynamic Memory, 1 Arch Computer, and Amazon), and would gladly buy their products and use their services again.
